Fight Art Judo accessory - Uchikomi Grip

The Uchikomi Grip Fightart accessory is essential to prepare and improve in learning kumikata.

This training accessory, useful for both judo and jiu-jitsu, is made of a 'grain of rice' type material in cotton & polyester, offering the same sensations as opposition work in kimono. The Uchikomi Grip accessory has a hole to easily attach it -for example- to a carabiner.

It can then be attached to an elastic cord, then on a machine to work on muscle strengthening, proprioception and repetition exercises in a situation almost identical to the reality of randori.

The accessory can be washed under the usual washing conditions for a judo kimono* (*make sure to respect the maintenance conditions recommended by the brand).
