Description
The Uchikomi Grip Fightart accessory is essential to prepare and improve in learning kumikata.
This training accessory, useful for both judo and jiu-jitsu, is made of a 'grain of rice' type material in cotton & polyester, offering the same sensations as opposition work in kimono. The Uchikomi Grip accessory has a hole to easily attach it -for example- to a carabiner.
It can then be attached to an elastic cord, then on a machine to work on muscle strengthening, proprioception and repetition exercises in a situation almost identical to the reality of randori.
The accessory can be washed under the usual washing conditions for a judo kimono* (*make sure to respect the maintenance conditions recommended by the brand). The Uchikomi Grip Fightart accessory is the utensil cut to travel in the judoka's bag in search of performance! (the accessory is sold without elastic rope or carabiner)
